Soil Stabilizer & Strengthener

TX-85 Soil Stabilizer & Strengthener is one of the various means available for stabilizing the soil road if it does not meet the requirements for sealing. It is an environmentally safe water-based formula tested by SIRIM Department of Environment Certification and approval for Acute Toxicity Test. TX-85 is mainly used for stabilizing unstable soil to form a stronger road base. It is also applicable to curing by mixing it with water to provide a better bond with PB-65 Soil Sealant. During maintenance, it is mixed with soil for patching potholes or depression.

Acute toxicity test using WHO standards proven to be environmental friendly. USI test result shows that a TX-85 treated soil sample can be improved from 109.70kPa to 485.20kPa after 28 days.

Soil sealed with Proseal can effectively prevent water penetration compared to unsealed roads.

MAINTAINING THE STRENGTH

The non-water soluble layer of protection keeps the road dry. Test results show that the strength of the road is maintained even on heavy downpour.

EROSION FREE

Rainwater and traffic can cause erosion of ± 75 mm per year without sealing. Proseal on the other hand prevents erosion, saving cost on resurfacing while protect the environment.
